Introduction

The Political Science department of the Manmad College started in 1969 at under Graduate level. This is one of the small Art departments of the college. In its history of 54 years. The study of Political Science Department in The college is Conducted at general level in all three classes namely FYBA, SYBA, TYBA of UG. Different studies and other activities are conducted by this Department for the students including Abhirup youva sansad (Mock Parliament), Voter awareness, Constitution Day, expert lectures etc.

The Department strives for the development of responsible citizens by imparting Democratic values in student. Department strives to develop and promote leadership and sensitivity among students by cultivating interdisciplinary approach in them. The Department intake capacity is 360.
