Economics
Introduction
The Department of Economics was established in the year 1969 with a moderate strength of students. Teaching of Economics started from and Special general level. The department has made conspicuous progress in relation to academics and its results, along with quantitative growth. The post graduate department started in 2017-18, department created its own mark and glory till to this day. Department of Economics takes pride in the glorious tradition of teaching, Society Outreach, Research and Extension to the Under-Graduates as well as Post- Graduate students. From 2020-21 Department has started Post graduate Research center. There are 5 Research Guide and 11 students pursuing Research at Center.
