About Alumni Association

(Reg.No. Society Registration Act 1860 with Registration No Nashik/000041/2019 dated 16th July 2019). The college has recently completed 54 years of its establishment. During these fifty-four years, many students could pursue higher education through college. As a result, the college has a number of distinguished alumni who have been holding significant positions in society and play a crucial role in its development. The college has constituted the Alumni Association of its past students.

The Association is registered under the Society Registration Act 1860 with Registration No Nashik/000041/2019 dated 16th July 2019. There is an Executive Committee of 11 members elected from the alumni and the Association functions under the guidance of this Executive Committee. There is Alumni Association Committee at the college level. Through this committee, the college creates rapport with past students and maintains a strong bond with the alumni.

The Alumni of the college contribute to the overall development of the college by various means. Sometimes they contribute as Resource Persons, visiting faculty and guide our students. At other, Alumni contribute by donating study material and teaching aids. Occasionally the alumni contribute with financial assistance.

In addition to having a strong alumni network, Mahatma Gandhi Vidyamandir’s Arts, Science and Commerce College, Manmad has made its alumni a significant stakeholder by actively engaging them in the institution's development activities. There are chapters of the Association in various countries around the world, including the UAE, UK and the US.

The mission of the Alumni Association is to foster a thriving and diverse alumni community that is dedicated to strengthening ties with Mahatma Gandhi Vidyamandir’s and one another for all time.

VISION STATEMENT

The Mahatma Gandhi Vidyamandir’s Arts, Science and Commerce College, Manmad Alumni Association endeavors to nurture and facilitate an intensely committed community of alumni supportive of the institution and each other.

To keep the alumni conversant with the programs and activities of the institution.

To efficiently channel the abilities, initiatives, and contributions of former students toward beneficial goals.

To support the staff, faculty and student community of the college in their efforts.

To provide guidance and organize events that will inspire students and enhance their skill sets.

To assist alumni in cultivating and disseminating among students a philanthropic and entrepreneurial attitude.
